Authorized by the Yuba City City Council and under the auspices of the Yuba-Sutter Chirstian Ministerial Association and
managed by the Hands of Hope non-profit Agency, the vacant Fire Station No. 4 will be used as a
"Family Emergency Winter Shelter" from December 15, 2009 through April 15, 2010.
On Satuday afternnon, December 12, the Feather River Democratic Club organized a donation drive for
urgently needed supplies for the shelter.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
The Sutter County Democratic Central Commitee, along with the Feather River Democratic Club
celebrated the Holidays with a pot luck dinner at the Shiloh Club House in Yuba City.
An unexpected visit from Santa surprised attendess who were atonished that Santa took
time off his busy schedule to hand out gifts.
